Why Guideleaders?  Our recent pilot with MIT Professional Education served as a model for Burlington, Vermont, learners who successfully completed MIT's Applied Agentic AI for Organizational Transformation certificate course with all students completing one of MIT's most rigorous and relevant 8-week professional education programs available today -- especially designed for people with ZERO and LOW CODING EXPERIENCE. 

Guideleaders was founded to solve a problem facing online learning: the lack of an accountable local cohort. We provide the human infrastructure (small cohort and coaching) that transforms digital certification into real-world capability:
