More About What We Seek in a Success Coach.  A Few Examples
Picture
Meet Steve.  Steve has been active in teaching AP Computer Science in Burlington, Vermont, and enjoys helping people new to CS50.  He first completed the CS50 teacher training in 2016, and began an AP class for high school students that supports students at any level.
Q: Why do you teach?
“Because it allows me to share my knowledge and passion of computer programming and science with others what I have been so lucky to receive.  I am inspired to see 'breakthroughs' in deep learning that sustains one's interest in solving real-world problems for the future."
Q: How do you teach?
f“My approach supports student where they are at.  Someone who learns how to learn computer programming is someone who can make a difference.  I emphasize critical thinking, good study habits, persistence, and the idea that any student can master computer programming with practice and the right social team resources.”

At Guideleaders, we've narrowed our research on building effective learning teams empowered by a private social learning network.
As a Teacher Assistant, you play the pivotal role of creating a safe and creative learning environment, prepared and ready for each session to review common questions provided in the EdX coursework, and to motivate peer-to-peer learning.  We seek coaches who can do three things:
1. Create a supportive context through open, passionate interest in student success.
2. Support self-paced learning within each group... where each student experiences deeper learning through group problem solving.
3. Provide the individual- and team-based tools to encourage each student to master their skills.

The relevance of Artificial Intelligence TodayArtificial Intelligence is no longer optional – it’s foundational to how modern organizations operate, compete, and innovate. According to McKinsey, Generative AI alone could add up to $4.4 trillion annually to the global economy — but only for organizations and individual that know how to implement it effectively.
From content generation to autonomous decision-making, AI is transforming everything from customer experience to strategic planning. Yet many leaders still struggle to bridge the gap between awareness and action.  Join a Guideleaders Cohort near you to connect with other online learners, an Agentic AI Expert Coach, and peers to learn how an MIT Professional Education course can change your life.
